Meet the Therapists

Lisa Bertellotti, LCSW, Owner

Lisa has over 20 years experience as a Clinical Social Worker. Through her own journey for wellness and healing, she found her passion in providing an integrative approach focusing on holistic wellness and healing with traditional therapies. As a clinician, she enjoys incorporating mindfulness, meditation, ceremonies, breathwork, and neuroscience into her work with clients in order to treat the mind, body, and spirit. She believes that every individual has unique talents, gifts, and purpose and when individuals are aligned and reconnect with their authentic selves, they can experience wellness. Lisa specializes in Women’s Issues, Anxiety and Mood Disorders, Parenting and Behavior Management, Children and Adolescents and dealing with life’s ongoing transitions.

Over 1000 children and adults have participated in Lisa’s eight week Mindfulness program. She has been a presenter and speaker on topics such as Mindfulness, Self-Care, and Tech Addiction in Children and Adolescents.

Lisa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work. In addition to being an Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker she also maintains an Illinois Professional Educator License, School Social Worker.

Lisa holds advanced training and additional certificates in the following areas: Mindful Based Cognitive Therapy, Mindful Schools Educator, Mindful Based Stress Reduction, Treatment of Anxiety Disorders, Tech Addiction in Children and Adolescents, CPI (Non-violent crisis prevention), Polyvagal Theory, and is a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider. Lisa has also been a Reiki practitioner since 2018.

In her free time, Lisa is an avid reader, gardener, and enjoys travel, hiking, camping, meditation and spending time with her family.

Meagan Luptak, LSW

Meagan is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Licensed Social Worker, and Licensed School Social Worker.  Meagan has clinical experience in both hospital and school settings with children, adolescents, and adults.  She enjoys working with children and teens using an array of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Meagan will be seeing children in teens and has evening and weekend hours available.  Outside of the office, Meagan enjoys reading, traveling, fishing, exercise, spending time with her family, and her two dogs!
